Zoe's Bookside Bagels, commonly referred to simply as Zoe's, is a bagel kiosk in the Collaborative Seating Area of Wilson Library. It was built in 2010 and named after Mabel Zoe Wilson, a former WWU librarian said to haunt her namesake, Wilson Library; the name was chosen in a contest for $500 in Munch Money.
In May 2010, a contest was launched for students to come up with the kiosk's name. The prize for the winner was $500 in Munch Money. The so-called "naming committee" consisted of Rick Osen (Director of Planning and Administration for Wilson Library), Roger Gilman (Dean of Fairhaven College), Kunle Ojikutu (Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs and Academic Support Services), Kurt Willis (Associate Director of University Residences), Christine Cloninger (Retail Manager of University Dining), Matt Jarrell (Associated Students President), and Iris Maute-Gibson (RHA President). In the end, the name "Zoe's Bookside Bagels" was chosen.
