The Sehome Hill Arboretum Interlocal Cooperation Agreement establishes the joint management of the Sehome Hill Arboretum by Western Washington University (in the Board of Trustees) and the City of Bellingham (in the Department of Parks and Recreation) via the Sehome Hill Arboretum Board of Governors.[1] The agreement was enacted on February 10, 2006, and will last till August 5, 2015.
